  14. I spent $38.00 in phone bill charges to call USR and got no help 
  15. what-so-ever. I Just bought this damn modem and it will only connect at 
  16. either 9600 or 12000. It is rediculous. I can't take back the modem and 
  17. I can't find anyone dumb enough to buy it. Any help would be 
  18. appreciated.
